Our mission is simple

Working together to create a positive difference

WE SHOULD ALL UNDERSTAND

WHAT SEPARATES THE MAJORITY OF US ARE OUR OPPORTUNITIES AND OUR EXPERIENCES.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO LESSENING THIS DIVIDE.

WE ARE UNITED IN THE BELIEF THAT ALL CHILDREN:

  • Have Ideas
  • Are Inquisitive
  • Can be Successful
  • Will Develop and Grow
  • Have the Ability to Learn
  • Can Make a Positive Difference

OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE ALL CHILDREN IN OUR PROGRAM WITH A VARIETY OF UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPERIENCES.

Fostering sustainable relationships is the key to the program's success.

We are focused and passionate about introducing underserved youth to the outdoors and America's National Parks.  We want the youngsters in our programs to have an opportunity to visit, volunteer in national parks, and the future gain employment with the National Park Service or other environmentally conscious organizations.

In January of 2018, we began teaching a national parks class to middle school children.  This is the first of its kind, teaching K through 12 children an introductory national parks course in the physical classroom.  A similar class has been taught at the collegiate/university level.  In addition to the classroom setting, our semester culminated with taking the children to Padre Island National Seashore in May.

2023 & 2024 have us spending quality time with youth in San Antonio.  It has been fun getting to know these children. We have been going to a variety of places with these youth.

2025 we have an opportunity to take another group of kids to the west coast and collaborate with Outward Bound Adventures.  These individuals will have the opportunity to go hiking, camping and white water rafting.

WE ARE HERE TO PROVIDE A POSITIVE INFLUENCE TO ALL CHILDREN.

Every single day you and I can make a difference.  Why not make that difference a positive one to those who cross our paths?
